13 Essential Rules for Staying Safe on the Internet

The Safer Internet Day is observed on the second Tuesday of February in more than 120 countries. This day is used by cyber-advocates to remind people  to be careful when browsing on the internet and that it is important to secure oneself from the scammers and other cybercriminals. With this occasion, Dan Tynan of Yahoo Tech is providing a list of thirteen (13) rules that kids, teens and even adults should follow in order to be able to surf the internet in safety.
